Business plans may feel like pieces of paper that once completed can sit in a drawer – but that is not what we have in mind when it comes to business planning. It’s a dynamic ongoing process of refining an idea, developing the business model, identifying the supply chain and back-end resources and mixing them together to create a successful business or project.
