Feasibility and scoping
Entrepreneurs are keen to run with an idea – just do it! Mission-driven organisations are often even keener to develop a new idea as quickly as they can so they can create impact as quickly as possible.
Working out what the idea actually looks like (scoping) and completing some research to see if it will work or not (feasibility study) may take a little time but can avoid a valley of disappointment down the track.
When a feasibility study is complete and the green light is on to proceed, the business planning process is even easier!
